Last Updated: September 2026
At AstroSchool, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfactory experience for every user. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for astrology consultations and other services offered through our platform.
1. Consultation Services
AstroSchool offers online astrology consultations through chat and other digital services. Once a consultation has started, the service is considered delivered and is generally non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Policy
Before Consultation Starts
You may request to cancel your booking before the consultation begins by contacting our support team. If the consultation has not been assigned or initiated, your cancellation request may be eligible for approval.
After Consultation Starts
Once the astrologer has accepted your consultation and the chat session has started, cancellations are not permitted, and no refund will be issued.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- Payment was successfully deducted, but the consultation could not be initiated due to a technical issue.
- Duplicate payment was made for the same consultation.
- The consultation could not be completed because of a verified platform-related technical error.
- The assigned astrologer was unavailable and no alternative consultation could be provided.
Approved refunds will be processed after verification by our support team.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Dissatisfaction with astrological opinions or guidance.
- Differences in interpretation or expectations.
- Incorrect birth details submitted by the user.
- Consultation already completed.
- User disconnecting the chat voluntarily.
- Internet connectivity issues on the user's device.
- Change of mind after the consultation has started.
